I have been prompted to renew my traffic cams subscription as I'm told it has expired. This is surprising as I renewed 30.07.2016. Nevertheless I renewed today and after three attempts being told 'unable to process order' via paypal, I finally did the update paying by mt debit card. Then I checked my order record and found that I had been charged three times for the updates this year!! Moreover, My account showed that I had been charged twice for the same order last year! All this and I find that my speed camera updates seem to be French ones!! Not very good Tom Tom, being charged five times after being misled that my subscription had expired in only 7 months! Can I have a refund of the money please?'.
