Unsubscribe button


Hi,

The unsubscribe button does not seem to work. I click on unsubscribe for a specific forum I have subscribed to and it will not unsubscribe and I continue to get email alerts. Do I have to tag these emails as junk because your system is not stopping them??

Just an update on this. The 'Unsubscribe' button has now been fixed.

Let me get the attention of a Tomtom contact about it but it may be Monday before the problem can be dealt with.

Could you please visit the below link where you will see the topics that you are subscribed to:

https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/favorite/overview

If yes, then you can open the topic and unsubscribe yourself.

I have actually subscribed to a forum, the go600+ etc, I see everyone of the new posts. The unscribe button is there, but when you click on it, it does a few internet type things but that button does not then change to subscribe option, so you have not unsubscribed and are still subscribed.

NO IT IS NOT FIXED. You get directed to some idiotic discussion of cookies and no way to unsubscribe. Places that misdirect you that hinder getting rid of unwanted email are highly annoying and I usually determine NEVER to do business with such a firm.
