Unable to link VIO to the account

Hi Vikram, I also can not link my TomTom VIO to my account. I bought it not from this page. Is it problem?

It cannot be linked with the online account for additional functionality. You only login with your account in the mobile app.

It's not a problem!
You just need to make sure it's not added to a different TomTom account!
Please explain what problems occur while trying to add the device.
