Question

tomtom go 50 update issue


I have downloaded the mydrive to the computer, but when connected to the device, it shows "waiting for the unit". and tried whole day, still the problem, it seems that the updates can not transfer from the computer to the unit.
Can anybody related to the issue have a check and fix the problem?
it is a bit annoying when you spend a whole day to do an update.
