TomTom Carminat Live does not work


Hi there

I have bought a second hand Scenic III with Tomtom LIVE. I have paid for subscription to LIVE but I don't seem to be able to connect.
Talking to TomTom support they told me that card does not seem deactivated but they told me to go to the retailer and have it checked.

Any ideas what I could do at this stage?
