Yesterday evening and this morning I had an issue whereby the GPRS is connected, the MyDrive cloud icon shows a connection, but there's no connection to the traffic services. A drum roll restart doesn't fix this, although eventually (after half an hour to an hour) it does eventually connect to traffic.
It's as if the traffic servers were temporarily shut down.
Before I look into resetting the device, did anyone else experience this? Are TomTom aware of any issues?
