Updated TomTom last week and since then had a number of issues.
Main one has been the sporadic connection to Live services.
Have done all the reset, removed device from mydrive connect and nothing.
GPRS is showing as disconnected and the message 23415,0,0,0,10,1 appears.
Looked through a number of posts and the same old message of contacting the helpdesk. Can you advise action over forum?
To add i now cant add my device back onto Mydrive connect as just keep getting the spinning loading circle.
