I've got the same problem. The update was failing, and Support suggested clearing the cache and re-installing. I've done that, and now the installation gets stuck at downloading 26MB out of 82MB every time, so I've lost TomTom completely. Other apps install fine, and I've even been able to install Sygic with no problems, but I prefer TomTom. Is there a solution to this problem, or can I download the apk file from somewhere for the old, working version? (I have a valid, paid subscription until March 2018, so I'm not looking for a pirated app!)

Yes that did help me out with this issue.. I used the v1.10 original apk and then upgraded to the latest version from that. May be this will help you out as well...

    Hi all,

I'd recommend you to clear the app cache and data for GO Mobile in the App Manager and the try again.

    Cheers, Mikko
