TomTom G0 6200 free Curfer offer


I bought a new Go 6200 on 11/12/16 and registered for the free Curfer the following day, how long does it take before i get a reply back please?

This is totally incorrect.
I have provided my proof of purchase twice (a photo and a hi definition scan) and well before the cut off date.
I have provided an image of the barcode.
I have provided an image of the serial number.

Is there actually something wrong with the data that has been requested and sent?

Any help would be great.

Where do you register please? I bought a Go 6200 from Halfords 9 January and they couldn't tell me how to get one. Tried the link above just now but it doesn't recognise my Tom Tom login details
