When do we get an uprgade for tomtom bandit studio (beta)?

Hi plinkeltje, we don't have an exact date as yet for the next update, we just released an update not so long ago, so we are currently working on the next one.

can they make the scrollbar automatic scroll on the bottem of tomtombandit studio:)

I think it's since the end of 2016 that I haven't seen an update for the Bandit.
When can I expect an update?

We keep supporting the TomTom Bandit with software updates in case bugs arise that need to be solved. We will not provide new feature updates given our change in product focus. We will ensure however that you can continue to enjoy using the TomTom Bandit.

I hate being a negative nancy, and this won't stop me from buying future Tomtom products, but selling a product and then giving up on it before the software is even out of beta isn't really a great selling point for your customer support.

Obviously the needs for a customer and the needs of the company are wildly different.
As a customer, I want to get as much out of my purchased product as possible.
As a company, you want to spend as little time with post-sales upkeep and as much time as possible developing things to sell - you don't make money with free updates after all.

Still, I feel like a lot is left on the table as far as the bandit's software is concerned, even if the hardware is solid.
Simple things like adding an overlay to an entire video should easily be within the realm of possiblities.

Cudos to the part of the customer support team that directly deals with customers though. I always feel like they're being honest and personal, to the extent of the power and freedom given to them.
