TomTom Bandit Studio importing onto SSD


Studio version:
Bandit Firmware: 1.61.508
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
SSD: Samsung 850 Pro
SD Card: SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSDXC Class 10, U1

When I select my new videos from the memory card and press import I get "Import interrupted" and asks me to check memory card and PC has enough space.

I dug out my external USB3.0 HDD and and plugged that in, set the library location to that and tried again and it works just fine.

Why does Bandit software not like my SSD?
