TomTom Bandit not powering up

I purchased a TomTom Bandit Cam last October. We have been using it but it no longer powers up.

I can see that you already contacted our customer support to get the Bandit Camera replaced. Please reply to the email from support with the necessary information requested to arrange a replacement.
