Steps on Sports app


I reconnected my watch to my pc and for some reason my steps that i have walked are not coming up on the my sports app. I also have nothing from last Tuesday 12th of Sept onward. Today i did a bike ride and the my sports app shows this activity. So whats up with my steps. Please help

Hi ... I also have this problem, and see a similar thread from a year ago, which also got no reply. I wonder if anyone from tomtom is actually monitoring discussions? I'm also having to re-download the software every time I want to sync. So I don't have an answer I'm sorry - if you've got anywhere with it please post an update!
