My tomtom runner 2 has stop automatically syncing with Strava. Has anyone experienced this before and know how it can be fixed. It was syncing fine last week!

I have the same problem with my TomTom Runner 2 Music, with my run on treadmill today which has not synchronized with Nike plus.
The download on computer never worked by the way.

My run I just did did not sync to strava either. Sync to endomondo also didn't work. It synced fine to nike+ and runkeeper though.
All my previous runs have worked fine.
A friend of mine got a spark yesterday. I set up a strava account for him as well yesterday. He ran today for the first time with the watch. Didn't sync to strava either. So there might be a problem on the tomtom side at the moment.

found an horrible way of making work.
    1) connected my Iphone and through Itunes downloaded the ttbin file in the apps
    2) connected my watch again through Mysport Connect Desktop
    3) click on the ttbin and the download on my computer and synch with Nike plus worked

One problem, on the phone the ttbin is not named after the type of activity and the starting time: HO6395G00601_00000032.ttbin ( normally should be for example, Running_11-45-15.ttbin is the file for a run started at 11:45 and 15 seconds.)

One more question: after my run I synch my watch with my phone (ios), does the problem come from that and I should always do the synch through Mysport Connect Desktop?

Had te same issue today... Strange that there is no export feature online in mysports... Always something to improve :)

I've deleted the mysport activity thinking this would re-upload but offcourse this did not happen... So that one is somehow lost (had the manual input w/o GPS data)

I have exactly the same problem - it was exporting fine on Saturday but not now. The manual export fix does not work either.

Were you using the app to upload? It seems from the other comments that it is an app related problem as mine uploaded fine with the PC software. If so, it is likely a server issue on TT's end. Even after they fix it it will not automatically upload you will need to manually force the upload. To upload old activities you need to dock the watch and double click each ttbin file to force the upload. If you using a phone app you will first need to download the ttbin files to your computer following the steps below. If you are using the PC Connect software the files are already there in the TomTom MySports directory in a separate dated folder for each activity under C:\Users\{User Name}\TomTom MySports\{Watch Name}.

Locating the ttbin files in iTunes:
    1. Connect your iOS device to your computer and wait for iTunes to open.
    2. Select your iOS device in the iTunes sidebar.
    3. Select the Apps tab and scroll down to File Sharing.
    4. Select MySports.
    5. The ttbin files are listed on the right hand side.
    6. Right-click (Mac: ctrl-click) a file to copy it.

Locating the ttbin files in Android:
    1. On Android 4.4.2, the ttbin files are stored on the internal SD card in a nested subfolder of /TomTom MySports/ (/sdcard/TomTom_MySports/HNxxxxxxxxxx/workouts/uploaded/).
    2. Copy this file to your computer.

Once the ttbin files are copied to your machine (or located on your machine if using PC Connect) dock your watch and double click the ttbin file (make sure that you have the desired file types and uploads selected on the Upload & Export tab in the Connect software). It will then force the watch to upload again. You will need to do this individually for each activity; there is no bulk upload option. If you are trying to reload an activity to MySports you need to delete the MySports Internet Shortcut file in the folder with the ttbin.

I hope this helps, please let me know if this answered your question. If it did, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

Thanks - but I tried all this and it still did not work. I think you're right - a server issue at TT.

There was an issue with the file exporters due to some changes made to MySports on Tuesday. It only affects certain users (likely due to the server they hit when they sync) and they have since solved the issue. They are working on uploading any missing files but if you do not want to wait you can delete the Nike+ upload in MySports, add it back in and double click the ttbin files with the watch docked for the missing activities (stored in a dated folder under TomTom MySports) and it will force the upload.

I hope this helps, please let me know if this answered your question. If it did, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
