I've just bought TomTom Runner 2 Cardio Music two days ago, and I'll probably return it tomorrow.
Since I've bought, I cannot not sync with my iPhone 5s. The only sync was made once, after almost 2 hours deleting app, reseting watch, etc. I've read the most forums and seems unbelievable so many users with the same problem and not a solution found yet.
Ten minutes ago, I've done the following procedures:
- reset the watch
- deleted the app from iPhone
- turn off and on the iPhone
- installed app
- turn on bluetooth
- started app searching watch
- started watch searching iPhone
I'm very frustrated! I've been working with Garmin for so many years and never had such problem.

Finally, I've found a way to work around.
Let's assume we are at the main screen (hours). If we click on top button, it starts searching for headphones.
And it seems bluetooth has a boost "attitude" and the watch appears on iPhone.
So, with bluetooth on (at iPhone) and TomTom Mysports app open: if you click on top button (like described previously) it starts sync.
