doesn't connect

after uploading my device to the network, it doesn't connect anymore
it takes a long time before it works
On the screen I only see the serial number and the sign with the small telephone and bluetooth sign!
what can I do

Is this regarding your TomTom Touch device? I would suggest you to make a factory reset on your activity tracker. Once the reset is done, please follow the steps in the public FAQ here to pair your iOS device to the tracker.
