Speed camera updates paid but not showing ?


hi i paid for speed camera updates on 12/02/17 I have been sent emails giving confirmation of the transaction etc but my content is still saying expired ? how do I install etc ? thanks in advance ...:?

Hi Wheaters64 welcome to the forum. this may seem a basic question. have you gone into your My Drive Connect to seek any download updates i.e. maps--GPS--- speed camera etc. failing any further progress contact customer service. united Kingdom mon --- fri 9am - 5.30pm tel 02079 490 134

Same problem with me. I bought the speed camera subscription and my device still says EXPIRED. I have restarted, stnc'd twice with MyDrive Connect but it still says expired. 😞
I've had the same problem. Im heading to Germany soon. TomTom has just had a software update & some of the orders are still pending on there system. You will have to call them direct, with your device ser number. The problem was sorted out within a few mins. I explained to them about the run around that it has caused me in getting a new mem card ect... I was offered an extra month..... better than kick in the swingers.....

Hi there , i also purchased speed cameras on the 12/2/17 and mine still say not subscribed but says cameras are upto date so i am not sure what to do next .

Same problem with my Go600 - I've reset, logged out and logged in again several times, but the update does not appear on MyDrive even though my account shows the order as completed. Order number was 40xxxxxxx

Same problem. Also may I warn people not to order through the reminder e mail. I did this and when i opened my drive there was an offer for £3 off the subscription. Why was this offer not included in my e mail. Not happy
Yes, I have paid for an update that doesn't appear when I try and download it....?!? Now what? order no 40xxxxxxxx

You will need to wait for them to pick this matter up tomorrow. They have some issues with the order processing recently.

If you ask for it, they will extend it. Usually they extend it even with a bit of extra for the inconvenience.

I had a problem yesterday 17th with paying for camera updates with pay-pal , the web page said failed on a few occasions so I paid by credit card this transaction went through and is added to the account , but starting this month rather than next month when it runs out ...
Also the failed pay-pal transactions are appearing on the orders page as new but there is no way to remove or delete them , will they disapear as they were not actually carried completed

Welcome to the Community!

This happened due to a change in our system causing the service to run parallel. I've add a month to your subscription so that you don't loose anything 😃

The orders showing as "New" are your failed purchase attempts. You can ignore them. They will just show in your purchase history but there will be no consequences.
