Bluetooth problems after update


Had my runner 3 cardio for 5 days. Dowloaded the app. Synced and everything was working fine. Connected it to my pc to update and download. All succesfull but now i cant connect my phone to the watch.
Phone just keep on searcing and then says unable to connect to gps device. I have uninstalled the app. Unpaired on bt reinstalled the app and paired and still no luck. Please help

If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for many users with the new update. They are reportedly working on a fix, but no timeline has been communicated. In the meanwhile you always have the option of syncing via computer. If you go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version it should fix it, although you will lose the Fitness Points and Fit age features:

I've reverted back the software version of your watch to 1.7.60. Please connect your watch and perform a factory reset, the software will be offered in Sports Connect.

The battery life of the watch will be impacted if you use the phone notifications feature.Before pairing the watch, make sure to remove it from the Bluetooth devices under your smartphone.

I also have problems with the Bluetooth connection after the update 1.7.62. Is it possible that I can use the version 1.7.60 again? And how can you or I fix that?

In my Sports Connect I only see that I have the 1.7.62 version.
