Hi guys, my running watch is full and I am not sure how to download and delete data. Can you please assist. Also, the app on my phone says my watch needs to be updated. Can you also provide me with guidance.

    Hi. When you connect you watch to the mobile or PC app the activities are uploaded so the watch should not become full. I see you have uploaded at least 4 activities today so the watch should have free space.

    To update the firmware you uses the MySports Connect program on your PC (it can also upload your activities). Download it from tomtom.com/123, connect your watch and if there is an update it will prompt you. It will take about 5minutes.

    However your watch seems to have 1.8.52 which is the latest for your device. Did you update it?
