I am from México City, I have a watch Tomtom Mult Sport Cardio.
My watch fail and I have been tryaing to apply the warranty by the TomTom Support Team, they start to help by email, they asked me for my address and personal information in order to proceed to reapir/change of my wacht. I send all the information about me and my watch but until today (4 weeks) I have no answer from them. My case number is: 1710xx-xxxxxx.
I want to know if Tom Tom really will help me to replace my watch or what I need to do to apply the warranty.
I hope someone can help me.

Are you dealing with them by email or phone? You should call them directly as you will get the best response that way. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
