Setting training zones

Hi everyone.

I've had my Multisport watch for over a year now and I love it. I do have a question though.

When setting up for a run, I wish to set the speed training to a specific speed but it will on allow me to set it between 0.10 and 0.50 for any mph at 0.05 intervals but unable to set 0.05 or 0.55.

If I wish to set it to a speed of 8.3 mph how would I do that?

Thanks

You can only set to a single digit, so you can't do .55 but you can do 8.3, just set it to 8.3 (or a range somewhere around that). I am not sure I understand what the problem is.
If I wish to set my watch to say 8.00 mph, it won't allow that figure.
The only speeds I can have are 8.10 - 8.50 mph.
it won't allow anything above 8.50 or below 8.10, so to me these figures look more like minutes per mile not mph. So how do I set it?

I'm probably making it sound more complicated than it actually is.

Thanks

The two numbers are linked and can't be the same so it gets to a point where you can't change the minimum because it is too close to the maximum. Try changing the maximum first and then the minimum.

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
