Whilst overseas I recorded a few activities but during one recording it stuffed up and would only display the "connect to a computer" icon with tomtom.com/reset. Therefore I waited until I got home to reconnect it to my computer at which point the TomTom MySports connect program comes up with a sad faced watch icon "WE CAN FIX THIS TOGETHER. Resetting your watch will make it as good as new" and a button to "Reset" the watch. However after pressing "Reset" it goes through a loop for a couple of minutes but then comes back to the same icon and message. i.e., it's not working!
Any suggestions other than take it back to the shop I bought it from?
