Sadly I can update the smaller western European map and also mapshare updates and speed camera updates. But the larger European Map will not update at all, no matter how hard I try with all the tips and tricks of the past.

What size SDHC memory card are you using? As the size of the Europe map is now 8.3GB

....which IS NOT MENTIONED in the mapshop page https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/sat-nav/maps-services/shop/travel-map/south-east-asia/ so, yet again, many buyers (All NAV2/3's) will be disappointed when they can't get coverage of these new countries and have to jump through hoops to get a refund!

16GB card enough for Europe map (still over 6.2GB internal and 7.5GB SD card free space for more maps).
8GB card not enough for Europe map with buildings, but you can select smaller Europe map without building or with buildings for some countries like UK and Ireland buildings, Benelux buildings, Eastern Europe + Turkey buildings, France buildings, Germany, Austria and Switzerland buildings, Iberia and Italia buildings, Scandinavia buildings.
Maps with less 3D buildings not include map of Russian Federation and maybe some other countries.

Really? Most definitely not showing as available when logged in to My Drive.
The device is up to date,(Go6100)except for this latest map version.

Hi @mrpj3,

Looking at your device details I see that you already have the map installed v10.15, you may want to check this on your device- see here.

Seems the new maps are available now for the Go Mobile app on Android ☺

I also had my pain with updating it: Took me two days (very slow and unreliable download), meaning two days without a map.
But: I noticed that MapShare shows roads that the current map including MapShare Updates does not know. (I had reported that, and the change is accepted. Also I drive that road every week at least, and the device wants me to go a completely different route)
So it seems the "newer" map is somehow older than the old map.
It seems that the new Europe map is worse than the previous one. My System Info shows the issue date as 07/2018. Is it really 10.15? Or just renamed 10.11? I can see that there are items that the Map Change Reporter mam showed even month ago, and they are not present on the 1015 map. What's even worse, I was driving to Warsaw on A2 highway two days ago, already with the 1015 map, and the driving instructions icon on the top of the screen disappeared from my Go 5200 some 80 km before exit form that highway, and the info about the remaining distance and travel time was frozen. So, it looks like the Poland's coverage of the new released map is decreased.
HOW CAN I GET BACK TO Europe V. 1010?
Cheers.

My TomTom Start 52 with Lifetime Maps. Last update that you made is from January 2018. It exists from August 2018, it does not install. I thought there was more honesty in this tomtom. It has much much more interest a good SMARTFONE. All updates are free. Get rid of GPS sales. This is the way to clean up the wallets they make.

Yes VikramK, I do now have 10.15. However, it took four attempts and two phone calls, at my expense, before it could be achieved. The first of over 30 minutes for the useless agent to discover see below.
Did you not see why it was not initially possible? The "lifetime" updates had been removed from my account. Except for the last successful download/install the map was corrupted and failed to install properly.
Not the best of experiences wasting just about a whole day due to poor software and firmware relating to these Nav4 devices!
