Question: MySports Connect does not work

- TomTom Runner Watch v1.8.46
- MySports Connect v3.0.9

After connecting the watch and opening the MySports Connect Application there is a short message "Preparing" and then a error occurs. It says, I should reconnect the watch and start the app again. But this changes nothing.

How can I sync my Watch now?

    I would try restarting the computer and trying again, this generally works for me when MSC crashes. If that does not work, try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it (download a fresh copy from tomtom.com/123). Otherwise, I would suggest calling Customer Support and seeing what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact, enter the product name and click Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    Hi. If you still have issues can you use the 'Submit App data' in the Advanced section of the Settings page of MySports Connect to send the log files. Do this with the watch connected and let me know when you have done it.
