Question: Can't connect my Spark via TomTom MySportsConnect

Hello, I cannot connect my new Spark Cardio via TomTom MySportsConnect. Even when setting the watch back too standard, connects says There is "a" error and I should try again. What I did several times without success! I suspect a hardware error, but it works with mobile app. Any idea what the error message says?? Thanks for support.

    I can see that your watch is up to date with the latest software 1.3.255 and last connection is from yesterday. Can you please confirm if you're still getting the same error?
