Does Tom Tom no longer provide any real support for users?
This forum seems to be a place where you can ask questions, but if you have a software problem with your device and MyDrive there seems to be no way that you can get support staff on your case.
With my original Tom TOM go I was able to contact support and get someone to troubleshoot software issues. Now I cannot see that one can get through to them.
All that is available are the manuals and various procedures that don't work for me.
Perhaps there is a means of contact - but I can't find one.
