If MyDrive Connect crashes since the latest update, download and install version 220.127.116.1109 from the following link: http://sa.services.solaris.test.tomtom.com/static/sa/versions/InstallTomTomMyDriveConnect_4_2_0_3409.exe
If after starting MyDrive Connect the pages are not displayed correctly, exit the application its icon in the notification area at the bottom right of the screen. Once MyDrive Connect is no longer running, double-click the “V2 MyDrive Connect” short cut on your desktop.
The pages should now be displayed correctly.
If the issue persists, you can downgrade MyDrive Connect by installing version 4.1.8 from the following link: http://sa.services.solaris.test.tomtom.com/static/sa/versions/InstallMyDriveConnect_4_1_8_3408.exe
In the meantime we will continue to investigate on how to solve this issue.
