Cannot download a Premium Voice


I I purchased a premium voice (Brian Blessed) last July, but have never been able to download it. It shows in my account online, but not in MyDrive Connect, and therefore, I cannot add it to my device.

Please help, or at least give me a refund..

For the record, I have, and have only ever had the one TomTom device.

I appreciate you getting in touch, but I have long since followed these instructions to no avail.

I have even tried doing a reset of my device (holding the power button for 20 seconds as detailed in another post elsewhere on this board), and this also has not worked. All other content I have purchased is visible though MyDrive Connect, downloadable, and useable and I checked before purchase that the voice was compatible with my TomTom. It just doesn't seem to exist, other than when I go online and access my account.

I have a similar issue .. I purchased Stephen Fry and it isn't showing up in my app either. I think I much prefer my old go 930
I have the same issue .. I purchased John Cleese this evening, and despite following the download and installation instructions, it isn't showing up in MyDriveConnect.

Hi ya, I am having the same problems as the other people here. I bought the Daria premium voice last Saturday 18 Feb 2017 but It will not appear on mydrive connect. I have tried everything in the help section to no avail. Please help I am using a Tom Tom Go40
