New MyDrive Connect does not work

my MydriveConnect told me I had to update. I did.
Until the end it seemed to work well. But!!
I clicked on my new version: I got an empty window.
What to do? I logged in at I can complain: that is all.
Always, always TOMTOM gives troubles. With payment, with alerts afterwards that I had to pay, now with this.
What to do to get an update?

I downloaded a new version via help.
It worked.
But again: our servers are too busy.
