On 6 November we released an update to the MyDrive Connect desktop app and support app.

  • Windows 7 or higher: 4.2.3.3625
  • macOS 10.10 or higher : 4.2.3.3628
What's new:
MyDrive Connect support app: From SETTINGS > GENERAL > it is now possible to enable log files. This can be useful in case we need the log files in order to investigate further issues occurring in the MyDrive Connect support app.


The logs are then saved in one of the following locations for two weeks:
  • Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\TomTom\HOME3\
  • MacOS: Users\Username\Library\Application Support\TomTom\HOME3\
MyDrive Connect desktop app:
Cookies consent banner: to comply with GDPR, we are now asking to accept the cookies in MyDrive Connect. If you decline cookie consent, we show a last reminder. If you close the banner (click on X on top right corner), the program will not store the session cookies and you are asked to login next time he use MyDrive Connect.


On the top right corner, the flag image has been changed in the cogwheel settings icon.


We improved the message shown in MyDrive Connect when a WiFi device is connected.
