PAYMENT REFUSAL

Hi, since a couple of weeks any purchasing attempt (payment with VISA) is refused.
The card is working correctely with other online purchase site, so the issue is not related to the card/fouds availability.
The issue occurs for purchase done thoght the website as well as through TOMTOM HOME.

Think not - bought a Garmin instead. Seemed to work just fine... thanks though
Not a good idea to label this thread as "SOLVED", though. The issue is NOT SOLVED AT ALL. Even if "This is a user forum", worth to remark the unsatisfactory feedback from Tom Tom support. (at least) two unsatisfied customers
