Hello

Please can somebody provide a contact email address for TomTom.

I have just purchased a 1 Year Europe Speed Camera Option for E29.95.

The Credit Card server returned with an error and said to try again later after it sent an error report.

I tried a few minutes later and the same error happened again and sent another error report.

After a few minutes, I received 2 emails with 2 confirmed purchases for the same thing.

Seems the Tom Tom VISA credit card server is not operating properly.

I need one of these purchases refunded.

    I have had the same Problem too today, at first the Order for Live Services was in 47.95 and later changed to GBP

    I live in Germany and wanted to pay in . After a short disconnect and an Error Message I tried the same again, receiving the same Error Message.

    Afterwards I received two Invoices via Mail.

    This is no way to please the Customers, i want to contact the account department too. At least one Invoice has to be cancelled and the other changed to .

    I started with the german site from an E-Mail telling me my Live Services Account had expired and later it changed to English from to GBP.  There seems to be a software Problem because i received two Error Messages.

    how can I contact the accounts department to cancel the two Invoices.

    I am not sure.

    I had my GPS connected and was doing an update via the PC software.

    Maps updated and then it said that my Speed Camera update had expired.

    It then gave me an option to buy 1 year update for Euros 29.95.

    I clicked BUY and it took me to Tom Tom website - and this is when my problems started.

    I am English speaker that lives in Spain.

    The charge was in Euros.

    So I assume it was Spain - English version, but I am not 100% sure.

    I agree with you ... TomTom need to improve their service substantially.

    I also have a Garmin and I bought TomTom because it was based in Europe and I thought service and support would be better. When I compare the 2 services, I realise that I made a mistake with TomTom.

    I sent an email to TomTom explaining the issue and asked for a refund of one subscription or make it a 2 year subscription - what ever is easier and faster and simplest for TomTom. I don´t want this to become a long complicated issue.

    I am still waiting to hear from them.

    Like others there seems to be a problem purchasing a speed camera update. I received an error messsage that indicated to try again, which I did. I have now received two invoices acknowledging receipt of payment from my credit card but no speed camera update. I need to get a refund on both non-purchases. I cannot get a reply by phone (goes straight to hold & endless music). Apparently I have  a "legacy device" therefore am not able to email or phone or have any support contact! This is not about a repair only a refund.

     

    Please can someone give me an email address for Tomtom:smileysad:

    Just use the above contact way to access the e-mail, and chose a newer device (like GO 1000). That will do the trick.

    I have had exactly the same problem with the server saying my update hadn't gone through but now I've ended up paying three times. I have just gone round in a loop trying to find contact information to sort this problem out. This really isn't good enough, a number and or email address should be readily available to resolve these sort of issues. If anyone has the telephone number or email address please share, in the mean time I will be contacting trading standards.

    Tom Tom, on their website, claim that the best way to contact them is by email! There is a total absence of any email address and apparently no means of obtaining one? I am not the first with this difficulty. How do you cancel an online order, which you cannot use due to a lack of memory? If this problem is not resolved I will not be replacing my navigation device with this particular breed.

    Dear Sir,

    Good Morning.

    I have purchased TomTom  Live, GO Model  4CT50 (4CT5.017.01)  (Serial No. SL4421K00056) and I have registered the product and   opened My TomTom Account. Whenever I use the TomTom , I saw a alert Your map is eight months old and please update your TomTom. Now when I connect the TomTom with my computer and clink my TomTom account, it is indicated that the device is updated and there are no more updates are available. Please advise and indicate the phone no. at USA of your free technical service representative so that I can  solve the issue. Please help  so that it is not required to return the TomTom to Bestbuy from where I have purchased TomTom Car navigator.

    I purchased Maps on South Africa and was charged Euro VAT. I AM NOT SUBJECT TO PAYING EURO VAT.IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT TOM TOM ACCOUNTS. I DONT LIKE THIS SECRECY WHEN I DO BUSINESS.

    I tried to buy update for maps of Canada and USA  but TomTom never accept any of my credit card.   What is their problem and why is it impossible to send an EMail  to Tom Tom?
