I received an email with the confirmation of my order.
And so i paid for the new map and wanted to install in on my tomtom.
When i connected my device with my laptop and opened tomtom home, i got a notification that it wasnt possible to either buy new maps or install update for my device.
I tried to contact tt in all possible ways (3 different phone numbers) but no luck so far.
Since i already paid for my product which is no use for my device, i want my money back asap.

Jeez! So they're STILL scamming you by allowing you to buy & pay for a map for an End-of-Life device and ONLY AFTER TRYING TO DOWNLOAD IT are you THEN told you can't have it and you then have to jump through hoops to get a refund which can take a month to do!
Surely they should have sorted this very old problem out by now but obviously not despite being assured this had been resolved which it patently hasn't!
