Reload another map sector delete map in device

I have europe map instaled (not all, I have seleckted a few) on device and want change to sector 8 (just another sector of the map PL, GB etc). Tomtom start 25 was connected with MYDrive connect and after instalation I get mesage "somthing go wrong" and I lost my map.
Its posible to get back my map myself or I must contackt support , any1 have the same issue.

Ps. Sorry for my english.

Check the first two characters of the serial number:-
"BK">Start 25, 2GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3 Eol
"BL">Start 25, 4GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3
"BQ">Start 25, 8GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3

If "BK"then you may have a big problem as that has been declared obsolete see https://www.tomtom.com/pl_pl/obsolete-products/#car

Otherwise get a 16GB SDHC memory card and put the whole of Europe on that
