Why doesn"t TomTom just come clean and be honest with all Tom Tom users and post a message on the Homepage and say that your experiencing problems with the whole Download system.Customers like myself are becoming more and more disgruntled with your service and support.Please be upfront with your customers and get some expert advice on your Homepage to tell us the truth and what your trying to do to solve these issues,

I honestly have never had a problem with any software or the website or the updates. I have spoken to customer services via the chat help and found them to be great
