I have a Golfer 1 watch and when trying to connect to my IPhone 7 I get to the stage where you enter the pin and my phone just says not paired. I have explained this to Tom Tom help centre and they have told me this is a software issue that they are currently unable to fix and they couldn't offer me any other solution or a replacement watch that does work properly!! is anyone else having this problem? genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced!

    Hi Andy

    I had a look at the incident you have started with the customer service. Today they have sent you a reply with some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.

    Please try it and lets see how the watch/pairing works from there.

    Regards
    Vikram

    Hi Andy,

    It looks like you could fix the issue. Last connection to our servers was yesterday using iOS.

    @mmgp7sp
    Key is to make the iPhone forget the watch in the Bluetooth settings. Tap the (i) next to the watch and then "Forget device". After that you should be able to pair the watch again.

    Greetings,
    Jürgen
