Rounds in Golfer 2


The manual says golfer 2 can store up to 250 full rounds with all the relevant data. I have had my golfer 2 for about one month now and the maximum number of rounds it will store is five. Each time I play the oldest game stats are deleted to make room for my latest game. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this or is it a fault with my watch?

We have released an update to the Android version of the TomTom Golfer app. Can you please accept the update? This should resolve this issue.

I need to check if this is perhaps a mistake in the manual. I'll come back to you.
My Golfer 2 has just stopped downloading the latest rounds... stopped in June now won't download new rounds
Same here stopped syncing rounds to phone after june and i have many rounds on watch in July.
My watch is the exact same, all rounds have stopped updating since the end of June, no rounds have been recorded in July. I have re installed the app on my phone to no avail. Something is up surely??

Yup I am similar and I am on Android, I have deleted app and RE synced phone etc but still no luck even with new rounds played. Haven't reset watch yet, want it to be last resort.

I am having the same problem. None of my rounds from June would upload to the app, After talking to TomTom support all they have managed to do is make it so I have lost 3 months of data from rounds by deleting the app. Their advice of copying the 'rounds' from the phone memory onto the computer and then pasting them back into the phone after uninstalling the app has not worked and has meant I have lost everything. The files are on my phone, but when going into them, it says 'unable to find application to perform this action'. Because the watch will only store 10 rounds itself, a lot of data and information has been lost! Considering 'Game Golf' is free to download, offers gps yardage and stores your rounds, it is infuriating that I cannot successfully keep a log of my rounds!!!
Any update on this, just shot the round of my life and can't get any stats of said round. Surely if rounds are on the watch they can be got at someway or another?
Same problem no uploads to the android phone since june 26.
on the watch all rounds before june 26 disapeared
tried uninstall the appli and reset the watch without success
worked fine before
new features like distance, ... worked but do not work any more
will there be a software update?
