Having just purchased this I am having one or two problems. The question relates to route assistance.
On my previous device (GARMIN) if I set a route and I happen to miss a turning or go off the selected
route the device would say RECALCULATING. With my new device it doesn't do this.
The side bar does show it recalculating but you have to be looking at the device to see it which isn't
always possible. I know it will put you back on route but in most cases it is best to try and rectify and
go back on your original route.
I called support and they have told me the device does tell you it is recalculating if you go off route,
is this correct ?
I have only had it a week and time and date was wrong, and voice control wasn't working, everytime I call
all I get told to do is do a full reset and they have told me to do this YET AGAIN !
Any help would be appreciated.
