TomTom GO5200 Not connecting to mydrive


TomTom GO5200

Ooops "We are having trouble accessing TomTom services, Please try again later"

Wont login to MyDrive & Wont update, contacted support who said they are having server issues and to try again in 2 hours, that was at 14:00.. still nothing working, is anyone else experiancing woes?

Many are but that model should be updating using WiFi. MyDriveConnect not needed. If the device itself can't log in, then support:

Tried that, seeing as I can login to mydrive on my phone and pc I think this answer is not quite truthful.
