Via1505M- Register the new device


Hi,
I just bought a Via1505M and want to register it on the website, but I can't find the product is the list.. is it normal.. is there an other name?

In different countries they used to sell the same devices under different names. Make sure your MyDrive Connect is set the Canadian English or Canadian French (or US English) and then it supposed to show it.
I have the same problem. I believe I ticked off Canada somewhere. If I can't get a quick answer, the TomTom is going back

If you call them, they can change it in no time. If you mail them, they would change it in around 72 hours. Otherwise it should have not much an affect on updating and operating.
