    Hi Ovalball.

There is an OPTION to carry on where you left off (or there was) even on the newer unfinished devices.

    Hi BSB

Yes that was the first thing i did but my TT just didnt want to know.As a TT user for over 15 years believe me I have tried everything but the darned thing just loses the route overnight. It is sometimes there for a couple of seconds but as soon as the device tries to connect to live services...Ping! There it is GONE!The lady on technical suggested about 5 different things all of which I had done and then she just gave up.I tried to call via phone but after 30 minutes waiting I gave up.

Persevere with the phone support it is a 100% improvement over the TT email system. (I know that does not say a lot today LOL)

Still awaiting a call myself from TT phone support after almost 3 weeks but guess it works on the now famous "two week tomtom timescale"

From reading around in here you get much better support that side of the pond !
