no maps found after successful installation

I renewed my map. After this was downloaded and done, the system started again reloading by itself. I disconnected the system. Ever since I get the message 'no cards found'.
I followed instructions: [ Right click the MyDrive Connect icon (Image or Image) in the Windows notification area or Apple menu bar and then select Settings > Settings.
Select the tab Downloads. - Click Empty download folder.]
But I cannot click that button, it stays blank.
What to do next?
