Question

No connection between Start 25 and computer is no updates for a year!


My computer (stand-alone and laptop) doesn't see the Start 25. For a year there have been no chartupdates trough this problem. I tried all the solutions in the help-section(!). but nothing works.
Emails to Tomtom about this problem stay unanswered answered.
Is there anybody out who can help?

Funny I have been having a similar problem with my Go 1005 it was okay until about 10months ago cannot get any updates at all, not solution in FAQ either. Sorry
