Updated GO 6100 now device cant connect


I am so frustrated with TomTom their usability. Instructions are confusing and lack simple step by step guidance. I lodged a question last night and 24 hours later no response. I then checked when I asked a question a year ago took 8 days to get a response!!

After I updated the software MyDrive Conenct says device not connected but it was. I found the discussion that advised to check install beta which I did but no change. I still can't see my device.

That's great I am flat out during the day and not at home makes getting service impossible!!
