Can't install updates!


Hi!
When I press update, it stucks on 0% and it stay many hours and nothing happens (screenshot). What to do?

Try to clear the cache in the browser and in MyDrive too. Also keep the device connected and press and holf the ON button, until you hear the drum rolls. By the way, do you use USB3 ports?

It really worked? I tried this but for now the TomTom continues logging out a few seconds after connection
