adding Computer voices to the VIA 52


I have been advised to use a computer voice on my Via 52 to get better directions. I cannot locate any on my unit. They are all recorded voices. How can I access a computer voice?

When you connect to MyDriveConnect, under Content, is there an 'Add Voices' icon?

The "SERENA" computer voice is shown, on the My Drive Connect page, as being on my unit. However the unit itself does NOT show it. What is going on?

Make sure you completely scroll up and down the voices list on your device.

If not there, try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Then look again....
